Union Hill Baptist Church is excited to welcome you to Night to Shine 2027, an unforgettable prom night experience sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation for individuals with special needs, ages 14 and older.

Join us on Friday, February 12, 2027, at The Lofton Wedding Venue for a night filled with joy, celebration, friendship, and unforgettable memories. The evening will begin at 6:00 PM, and from the moment you arrive, you will be treated like royalty.

A Night Created Just for You

Night to Shine is more than a prom. It is a worldwide celebration that honors and values every guest. Our team of volunteers is dedicated to creating a welcoming and exciting experience where you can have fun, make new friends, and know how special you truly are.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy:

  • A red carpet entrance with a royal welcome
  • Dinner and refreshments
  • Dancing and entertainment
  • Fun activities and special surprises
  • A dedicated buddy for each guest
  • Professional photography opportunities
  • A crowning ceremony where every guest is celebrated as a King or Queen

Parent Respite at Union Hill Baptist Church

While honored guests enjoy their special evening at The Lofton Wedding Venue, parents and caregivers are invited to enjoy a relaxing evening of fellowship and hospitality at Union Hill Baptist Church. Additional details will be provided as the event approaches.

The Sensory Room will remain available at The Lofton throughout the evening for honored guests who may need a quiet and calming space.

Guest Registration

We are honored that you are considering joining us for Night to Shine! Registration is required for all guests and helps us create the best possible experience for everyone attending.

To register:

  1. Complete the online Guest Registration Form.
  2. Provide all requested guest and caregiver information.
  3. Indicate any accommodations, dietary needs, or accessibility requirements.
  4. Submit your registration before the registration deadline.
  5. Watch for a confirmation email with additional event details.
Registration is limited to 75 honored guests. Once all available spots have been filled, additional registrations will be placed on a waitlist. Please note that submitting a registration form does not automatically confirm a guests' attendance. Families will receive a confirmation email once their registration has been reviewed and a spot has been reserved. The deadline to register is December 1, 2026.
